Once my kids were grown, I realized I still needed to be needed. The experiences I’ve had with my own pets has helped me to realize that there is a dire need out there for reliable pet sitters who truly care about your pet as they would their own. I have loved animals for as long as I can remember and in recent years, have studied animal behavior and training due to my deep interest in the subject.
My personal dogs are Dobermans. They keep me on my toes. I’m also a part of the rescue community, volunteering for Lone Star Doberman Rescue for the last 9 years. I’ve trained my dogs & my foster dogs with the help of some of the area’s best trainers & behaviorists. The training I’ve learned has been rewards-based training, not punishment-based, so I will always be kind to your dog(s). I’m knowledgeable about dog nutrition, canine health, reading canine body language, & training for basic manners. I’d love to get to know your dog, and be there for him when you have to be away.
As a mom & a homeowner, I will treat your home with respect, and treat your pet(s) with extra care. I’ve been a pet care professional for 4 years now, and a pet owner most of my adult life. In my care, your pet(s) will get custom care according to your directions, and according to their needs. I always respect and follow your special instructions, because you know your pet(s) best.
I’ll send you photo updates while you’re away, along with stories of anything of interest that they’ve done that day. I’m always available if you have questions.
As a full time Pet Care Professional, your pet has my full attention. I scheduled my day around your pet’s needs, and according to your instructions. I treat your home with the utmost care, keeping your property clean and secure while you’re away. Any concerns will be communicated to you immediately. I have a heart for helping others and a lifelong love of animals. I’ve grown up with dogs, including my current two Dobermans, Willow (age 11) and Cooper (age 8). Willow struggles with health challenges, so I’m used to administering oral medication.
I have an eye for details, which enables me to follow care instructions thoroughly and consistently. I’m also able to interpret canine body language, which helps keep me attuned to your dog’s emotions and needs, and allows me to keep your pup safe and happy.
I have experience caring for many different dog breeds as well as cats. I also work as a kennel technician at our local Greyhound rescue!
My schedule is flexible, so I’m able to accept most requests within my service radius! I’d love to care for your pet in your home where they’ll be most comfortable, or on walks.

Hi everyone, my name is Tyler. Here is a little about me! I am very attentive to detail and take great pride in my work. I am a lifelong animal lover. Growing up I had 4 Huskies, 2 German Shepherds and a Rottweiler. I am very comfortable around big dogs, as well as feisty little ones. I’ve worked with many different breeds, sizes, and doggie personalities! I stay active so I can definitely keep up with requests for runs, distance walks, or long play visits. I also have experience with senior dogs.

I’ve shared my home with large dogs and small cats throughout my lifetime, focusing on rescue adoptions in the past 30 years. I believe an active dog is a happy dog and view the exercise as a benefit to both of us! I’m recently retired and have plenty of time to be there for your fur-baby. I’m organized and punctual – and will make sure your pets receive timely care (and medication, if needed). I have experience house-sitting and will make sure your home looks occupied to the outside world and exceeds your standards upon your return. I will provide daily photos and updates of how we’re having fun and staying safe while you are out of town. I’m looking forward to meeting your walking, daycare or house-sitting needs!
